I had been here last year, when they first opened, and really enjoyed the drinks and finally came back with a friend! The first time I was here, I decided to try some sort of orange latte drink, but worried that it wouldn't be good, I also ordered a regular ice latte. Spoiler, they were both good and I shouldn't have been so worried! I came here again last week and saw a brown sugar rosemary latte. I hesitated because I wasn't sure how much I'd like rosemary, but the barista vouched for it and said if I didn't like it, they'd make me a different drink. The first sip, I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but it grew on me! It wasn't overly sweet or overpowering, but definitely had a unique (and good) flavor to it. One thing I'll say is that the line can get pretty long and the place is really popular. I will mention that attention to detail can be hit or miss. I ordered my drink as an iced drink, and it came out hot - I didn't bother to correct it, and it did taste good hot. Also, my friend and I ordered separately, and both my drink and pastry were put in to go containers, despite saying twice, that it was for here. My friend's order was made as a for here order. Not a big deal, obviously, but attention to detail matters.

This cute little shop is located in the Park n' Shop plaza along Willow Pass Road. This is the perfect place to come and study or simply chill out because the seats are cushioned and comfy. The interior is simply decorated which gives it a modern yet aesthetic vibe. There are a few different food and drink options to choose from. If you stay there for a while, I recommend trying out different things. While I was there I tried the Hibiscus Lemonade Tea, Mango Lemonade Tea, Spinach and Feta Croissant, and a Snickerdoodle Cookie. All pretty good!

Forget Starbucks, Peet's, and Dutch Bros! Say goodbye to needing 2,3,4 cups of coffee to keep you caffeinated. Gratitude's coffee keeps me caffeinated all day without the jitters! Biggest perk: their back room. I love coming here to study because it's quieter and spacious with plenty of outlets. The temperature is perfect, and the seats have soft cushions which are a godsend when you're hunched over your laptop. They even have smaller concerts and book the room for birthday party's, or events. It's pretty sound proof so you can't even hear it if you're in the main coffee lounge area. PLUS, their customer service is excellent. Seriously. I'm not sure if he's the manager or part owner (man with beard and glasses), but he's always there making sure the place is running smoothly. One time I brought my friend over to try Gratitude for the first time, but the back room was booked for an event. Obviously disappointed, the manager/partowner heard us and explained the situation. He then gave us a "one free coffee" card for the inconvenience. Now that's good business!!! You don't find that type of customer service anymore. Because he cares about his customers, his customers will keep coming back.

What a great little shop to enjoy a delicious mug of coffee! Friendly service and lots of places to sit and "plug in" or to relax and unwind. The orange cardamom latte has me wanting to go back! Didn't try the food but everything looked good. Definitely will make a stop next time we're in the area.
